UBC Angular Contact Ball Bearings are spindle bearings with 15° and 25° contact angles and ball screw bearings of 60° contact angle, which has features such as: high precision, wide speed range, high rigidity, low temperature rise and long life span. UBC Angular Contact Ball Bearings can meet the demands of various precision and efficiently processed machine tools. At present, we have 719XX, 70XX, 72XX, and 7602XX series of P2，P4，P5 precision levels and 20MM-75MM diameter.

Using Instructions of Angular Contact Ball Bearings:
Their life span is highly related to the installation. Please pay attention to the following instructions:
1.The bearing should be installed in a clean room without dust. It should be carefully selected and grinded. While keeping the internal and external rings at the same height, the parallel difference should be controlled within 1um.
2. The bearing should be washed before installation. While washing, the internal ring slope should be upward so that, there will be no blockage. After drying, add stipulated amount of oil. If it is of oil-mist lubrication, a small amount of oil-mist should be added.
3. The bearing should adopt special instrument so as to be evenly forced. No beating or hammering.
4. The bearing should be stored under such environment: clean, good ventilation, no corrosive gas, the relative humidity is no more than 65%. Regular rust-proof is needed for long-term storage.
